When we consult with clients, we do a curb to curb analysis of their home. We offer a great many suggestions and advice to help ready the house for the market in its best possible presentation. We can put together a rental proposal tailored to your client’s specific needs. Your clients can tap into all the things they need, without having to invest in purchases. Many times, homeowners don’t want to buy updated accents for fear the pieces won’t work in their next home. Renting inventory is a perfect solution.

And for those clients who may need a little more help in doing the updates, we offer the service of installation. Our installations include re-accessorizing, hanging wall art, re-arranging furniture, designing table tops and bedding, placing greenery and area rugs. Our design background, along with our staging training, enables us to bring a cohesive flow to your listings. Our transformed homes are “Dressed to Sell” and looking their best.
