When we consult with clients, we do a curb to curb analysis of their home. We share what buyers may think or concerns they may have. We offer a great many suggestions and explain why we’re making them. The best way to start a new listing is to give homeowners the tools they need to prep the house for the best possible presentation in today’s competitive market. After the walk through, clients receive a six page written report they can use as a punch list to start becoming proactively involved in the selling of the home.
