This service includes a thorough analysis of your home and a six page detailed list of recommendations, which will enhance the appeal of your home and get it in the best condition to show. The written report is delivered within 72 hours, and it is an excellent reference sheet to use as you prepare your home. $100 per hour (most homes take about an hour)

Redesign Consultation If you would love to change the feel and look of your existing rooms, but you need help, we begin with meeting and discussing your needs. During our meeting, we can address your color scheme, furniture needs, and all of details of your makeover. We handle all levels of renovation—from redesigning with your existing furniture and accessories to complete transformations from floor to ceiling, and everything in between. $75 per hour

OCCUPED STAGING SERVICE sample picture Following the consultation, and after any major repairs such as painting, new flooring, etc. are completed, we return to complete the transformation.  We will creatively rearrange areas in order to highlight the best features; undefined spaces will show a definite purpose and the rooms will be designed with a cohesive flow that will offer a greatly improved presentation.  We mainly utilize existing furnishings and accessories, but can also bring in rental items that complete the look for optimal impact.  In just one day we are able to recreate your home and create the “wow” factor that buyers respond to.  Jobs are priced individually.

Impact Accessories Accessories are the icing on the cake, but they can get pricey. To avoid having to purchase these, we can bring in fantastic touches for you to lease while your house is on the market. Packages start at $75 per month. Exact quotes can be given per room or per job.

Often times, vacant rooms are undefined and can leave buyers wondering how to use them. Staging these spaces demonstrates a great use of these otherwise confusing areas. Salazar Staging specializes in vacant home staging. Basic Package - Staging Fees Includes developing a design for your property, selecting all inventory, delivering and setting up all furnishings/accessories/greenery/art/lighting/window treatments for the  foyer / living area (one), kitchen / kitchen eating area / master bed and master bath - $500.00 - $600.00  Leasing fees bid per job. Additional rooms and patios run from $50 to $275.00 Shoestring Package We place small vignettes and accessories in smaller, empty homes, which take the attention away from bare walls and empty space. Color Consultation sample picture Selecting colors for your home can be a daunting experience, and it can result in costly mistakes. Salazar Staging offers hundreds of color samples and will put together a color design that works for you. Consultation fee: $50 per hour

Personal Shopping When doing a redesign, there are times when you need to bring in special items to complete the design / look of the completed room(s). Salazar Staging will shop for the perfect touches for your home. The time starts at the first store and ends when we leave it. We will shop for tailor-made items that we feel will add a definite “wow” factor to your rooms. You are never under obligation to keep items, but we will share our discounts with you if you do. $50 hourly
