Getting your home ready for the market, all begins with a consultation. This service includes a curb to curb analysis of your property. We give you a detailed list of recommendations, which will enhance the appeal of your home and get it in the best condition to show. If you've been struggling with what to keep, what to get rid of and all the other decisions about getting your house looking the best it can, we will guide through every inch of your house and how to get it sparkling.
$100 first hour, $50 hourly thereafter* (most homes take about a 1 ˝ hours)

Changing your existing rooms begins with meeting and discussing your needs. During our meeting, we address what you want to change, discuss your color scheme, furniture needs, and all details of your makeover. We determine what changes will be made, and make recommendations to achieve these. We will shop your home and find items that we can use. Then we come up with a plan of action that can include only using what you have with no other changes, but If other changes are desired, we can address paint, flooring, counters, window treatments, furniture and all interior design needs. No job is too small or challenge too large.
$100 for first hour, $75 hourly thereafter

Custom Design Projects
Every project is unique and pricing is based on individual needs. Design work is billed on an hourly rate ($75), and design fees are explained prior to beginning work. If we make purchases on your behalf at wholesale or trade pricing (10-60% off retail), we share our discounts with you. Having access to these savings can often offset design fees. We can arrange a design budget that works for you.
The Redesign Make-Over
For those who want to utilize only existing furnishings with no other changes, our redesign service is a perfect fit. We meet and discuss what rooms you would like changed and come up with a plan of action. This meeting usually takes about an hour ($100 for first hour; $75 hourly thereafter). We schedule our return and then come back and work our magic. Redesign installation fees are charged on an hourly basis ($75). In a few hours you return to your newly transformed rooms.

Following the consultation,

Accessory Packages
Homes needing sprucing up can be updated with an accessory rental package tailored for your specific needs. To avoid having to purchase these updates, we can bring in fantastic touches for you to lease while your house is on the market. Following a consultation, we will put together a package tailored to your home’s exact needs.

Basic Package - Staging Fees
Includes developing a design for your property, selecting all inventory, delivering and setting up all furnishings/accessories/greenery/art/lighting/window treatments for the foyer / living area (one), kitchen / kitchen eating area / master bed and master bath -$800.00-1200.00
. Inventory Leasing Fees are separate and priced individually for each home.

We will shop both online and in local stores to find the perfect touches to complete your redesign and/or custom rooms. We shop for items tailored for your transformation and those that we feel will add that definite WOW factor. We share our discounts!
